FAQ
Questions students and parents ask us
If your question isn't here, call or message us. We'd rather answer it properly than have you guess.
Choosing a course
Which course is right for a complete beginner?
Basic Computer. It starts from the very beginning: using the mouse and keyboard, typing, Windows and MS Office. If you already use a computer a little and want office skills, Advanced Computer is a better fit.
Do I need any prior computer knowledge?
Not for beginner courses like Basic Computer, Hindi Typing, Basic Excel, Python or Graphic Designing. Courses like Advanced Excel and MERN Stack expect some groundwork, and each course page lists what you need before joining.
Can you help me pick a course based on my career goal?
Yes, and we'd rather do that than have you guess. Tell us what you want to do (an office job, accounts, web development, design, your own business) and we'll suggest a course or a sequence of courses. There's no charge for the conversation.
I'm a parent. Which course should my child take after 10th or 12th?
It depends on what they're planning next. For most students, Basic or Advanced Computer is a sensible start, and a diploma like DCA suits those who want one structured year. Come in together and we'll talk it through.
Classes and practice
Are practical sessions included?
Every class includes practice on a computer. A typical session is a short explanation, then most of the time working on the computer while the instructor goes round helping each student.
How big are the batches?
We keep batches small so the instructor can actually check each student's work. Ask us about current batch sizes for the course and timing you want.
What are the batch timings?
Classes run from 9 am to 9 pm, every day of the week, including Sunday. Tell us whether morning, afternoon or evening suits you and we'll fit you into a batch at that time.
What happens if I miss a class?
Let your instructor know. We'll help you catch up on what you missed, usually during practice time or a doubt session.
Do I need my own laptop?
No. Every student gets a computer in the lab during class. Having one at home helps you practise, but it isn't required.
Fees and admission
How long does a course take?
From 1 month (Hindi Typing) to 12 months (DCA, ADCA, PGDCA). Most skill courses take 2 to 3 months, and web development courses take 6. Each course page shows its duration.
Can I pay the fees in instalments?
Most courses can be paid in instalments rather than all at once. The number of instalments is listed on each course page.
How do I enquire about admission?
Fill in the enquiry form, call us, send a WhatsApp message, or simply walk in. We'll confirm the course, batch timing and fees with you before you pay anything.
Can I attend a demo class before joining?
Ask us when you enquire. We're happy to show you the lab and how a class runs, so you know what you're signing up for.
Certificates and after the course
Do you provide course completion certificates?
Yes. Students who complete their course receive a completion certificate from Sawariya Computer Classes. For diploma courses (DCA, ADCA, PGDCA), we'll explain the certification details when you enquire.
Do you help with jobs?
Some courses include job-oriented classes and placement assistance: help with your resume, interview preparation and openings we hear about. We don't guarantee jobs, but we will help you be ready for them.
Can I come back with doubts after finishing?
Yes. Former students are welcome to drop by with questions about what they learned.
Looking for something about a specific course? Each course page has its own questions and answers.
Still have a question?
Tell us what you already know and what you want to be able to do. We'll suggest where to start, explain the fees and timings, and show you the lab. No pressure to sign up.
